Hey it’s me again…Oakley!! 🐾 Can you believe summer is wrapping up and Fall is in the air? My mom has so many new varieties of Oktoberfest beers, that I just don’t which one to try first! She’s also getting in some fun fall sippin’ whiskeys and liqueurs! I can promise you will never be disappointed with the selection at Granny’s! We’re looking forward to a fun last weekend of Summer and wish everyone a Safe Labor Day Weekend! Come see me, I’m always ready to accept a pat! Happy Labor Day Weekend Everyone!! Ruff! 

Hey, can you believe it’s Buffalo Bill Days this weekend? Summer is flying by! Granny’s is getting ready for a fun, fun weekend! Mom and her team have a store full of treats!! We’re sampling this Ready to Drink Blue Ice Huckleberry Vodka Lemonade this Saturday from 12 to 3pm! It’s amazing! I’m hoping to lick some of the sample cups, that don’t make it into the garbage! If I’m quick enough I get away with this! The whole crew is in the parade on Sunday at 1:30pm. Granny’s will be following the Grand Marshall’s which by the way is my mom and dad! How sweet is this? We’ll be handing out fun treats so be sure to grab your lawn chair and join us at the parade! Yahoo to the 38^th Annual Buffalo Bill Days!!

Hey I’m back, it’s been a while since I wrote anything! Did you miss me? Ruff, Ruff! Father’s Day is this Sunday! Let me tell you about my dad! He’s just the best, he takes me for gator rides, lets me run around the farm and always shares his meals with me! Now, mom…… she isn’t quite so generous! She gives me treats but not much table food, she thinks I need to watch my boyish figure! Huh, that’s what she thinks!!😀 So, if you’re looking for a gift for dad, we have lots of ideas! We have a great selection of bourbon, whiskey, tequila, brandy and vodka. Our beer cave is stocked full of delicious craft beers and of course lots of domestic beer. Our humidor is filled with tasty treats as well! So that’s what we have going on at Granny’s! Oh, and don’t forget Art in the Park this Saturday from 10 to 5pm! Bring dad he’ll have a great time! May has been an exciting time at Granny’s!! We held our first Sippin’ with Granny’s event on Cinco de Mayo, May 5^th! I was told it was a great Success! Mom served great food from Another Time Ice Cream, High Court Pub and Junipers, but since I’m such a beggar Mom wouldn’t let me come! Pout Pout! There was live music and lots of vendors sampling delicious beverages! I got to lick the floor the next day and even the leftovers were good! The event raised lots of money that will be donated to the Fillmore County Food Shelf! How sweet is that!!

Two days later on May 7^th was our Golden Anniversary- 7 years of business! That’s how old I’ll be in July! A lot of good things happened seven years ago! SXSE Brewery and Sylvan Brewery were here tasting and Tessa from Revival House Massage was giving neck and head massages! How cool was that! I get my head rubbed daily so it was no big deal to me! 😏 Customers loved all the fun! My crazy mom and Olivia dressed up like the “Golden Girls”, get it.. Golden Anniversary! Duh!

And to top it all off, Olivia had her baby Emersyn Nicole on May 14^th! She’s such a sweet little girl. I get to lick her face and she likes it!! Congratulations to Olivia and Matt!

Can you believe it we are entering the month of May? It’s so darn cold yet that I hardly want to run and play outside!

Cinco de Mayo, May 5^th will be even more spectacular than before, not only does it fall on Thirsty Thursday, but my mom and her team have an AMAZING Event planned from 6:00 to 8:30pm! Join us for “Sipping with Granny’s!” We have 8 vendors sampling, live guitar music, {that I can howl too}, food from local restaurants, door prizes and lots of FUN right here at the store! We have an enclosed tent in the back and throughout the store our vendors will be distributing lots of tasting treats!  Pre-register at Granny’s! Tickets $15.00 in advance $20.00 at the door! Receive discounts at High Court Pub, Root River Saloon and Sylvan Brewing night of event! Sober Cab available!! All proceeds will be donated to Fillmore County Food Shelf! Get your tickets NOW!! I’ll be ready to pick up any food you may have dropped!!

Granny’s is also celebrating their 7-year anniversary Saturday, May 7th! Get Golden with Granny’s!
